Ms. Judith Francis Kadege is an Intellectual Property Specialist with an experience of over ten years working as a research and policy advisor in the relevant field. Ms. Francis holds a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property (MIP), under the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Scholarship, from the African University, Zimbabwe. She also holds LLM Master of Laws Degree (EU Intellectual Property Law, EU Competition/ Anti-Trust Law, UK Data Protection Law & International Commercial Law) from the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom. She studied her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) at the University of Bedfordshire in the United Kingdom.

For over ten years, Ms. Francis has tutored/trained, advised and coordinated on issues related to Intellectual Property Management at national and international levels. Ms. Francis has published book, articles, and other scholarly work on Intellectual Property and other related fields. Ms. Francis has also served as a member of boards, committees, task forces and fora in the relevant field of Intellectual Property Management. She is also an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania; and a member of Tanzania Women Lawyers Association (TAWLA).
